#46. 서울우유 홍보대사 이정희님의 ‘멜팅치즈 딥소스 레시피’
서울우유 홍보대사로 활동하면서 치즈류를 많이 만나게 되다 보니 치즈로 만들 수 있는 소스에도 관심을 기울이게 되었어요. 마침 요리잡지를 보는데 감자튀김 먹는 재미를 더해주는 딥소스에 대해 소개한 페이지가 있더라고요. 시중에서 구하기 쉬운 재료들로 딥소스를 만들어보면 좋겠다, 싶었는데 그중에 체다치즈와 고다치즈로 만들 수 있는 멜팅치즈딥소스가 눈에 띄었어요. 만드는 방법도 굉장히 간단해요!
치즈로 만든 딥소스는 자칫 느끼하지 않을까 싶지만, 레몬즙 같은 신미 있는 재료를 더해줘서 산뜻함을 더해주는 것이 팁! 5분이면 오케이! 체다와 고다가 만난 멜팅치즈딥소스 만드는 방법 소개해드릴게요~
Recipe
:: 재료 – 체다치즈 80g(4장), 고다치즈 50g(2 1/2장), 화이트와인 1/8잔 (종이컵기준), 1/2 작은 술,
레몬즙 약간(선택사항)
* 참고로 2배의 양으로 조리했습니다.
레시피에 사용한 서울우유 고다치즈는 슬라이스 형태로 되어 있어서 사용이 간편해요. 한 장에 20g씩 10봉지가 한 팩 기준입니다. 자연치즈 함량을 85%로 높인 정통 고다 슬라이스 치즈로 합성보존료를 사용하지 않은 고칼슘 치즈랍니다.
화이트 와인을 냄비에 부어 준비해주세요. 체다치즈와 고다치즈는 잘게 썰어 주세요.
잘게 썬 치즈에 감자녹말을 섞은 후, 화이트 와인이 담긴 냄비에 부어 뭉근하게 주걱으로 저어가면서 치즈를 녹여주면 완성! 정말 간단하죠? 느끼한 뒷맛이 싫으시면 기호에 따라 레몬즙이나 식초를 조금 넣어 신미를 더해주세요~
